In-Process Inspections & Real-time Monitoring

Throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, our dedicated quality engineers conduct continuous, real-time in-process inspections. When you partner with MGT Technologies our diligence to quality ensures that your product not only meets but consistently exceeds expectations, every time.

This includes:

  • First Article Inspection (FAI): Detailed verification of initial production samples against specifications.
  • In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Regular checks at critical stages of manufacturing, utilizing advanced measurement tools and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor consistency.
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): When applicable, employing methods like X-ray, ultrasonic, or eddy current testing to detect internal flaws without damaging the component.
  • Comprehensive Final Audits & Testing: Before shipment and upon arrival at manufacturing sites, every batch undergoes thorough final audits and rigorous testing. This includes:
    • Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Final visual and dimensional inspections, ensuring products meet all specified requirements.
    • Functional Testing: Verification of component performance under specified operating conditions.
    • Reliability Testing: Stress testing to evaluate product durability and performance over time.
    • Traceability: Maintaining complete traceability of materials, processes, and inspection data for every component batch.
    • Proactive Issue Anticipation & Resolution: Our philosophy is rooted in prevention.
